Hacienda Bucio Medium Roast Estate Shade Grown
Hacienda Bucio Medium Roast Estate Shade Grown
For five generations Oscar Bucio-Nunez and his family have cultivated shade grown coffee in Mexico’s Sierra Madre Del Sur Mountains. Senor Bucio-Nunez’s single origin coffee is grown at 1100 meters above sea level. On these seaward mountain slopes, the dry, warm days give way to cool nights as the midnight fog floats inland from the Pacific Ocean. The rhythmic rise and fall of temperature and humidity is ideal for coffee cultivation as it slows the ripening of the cherries, enhancing the flavor of the coffee.
Hacienda Bucio Medium Roast is a rich, full body coffee with hints of almonds and walnuts, and a fruity tangerine finish.
