The flavor characteristics in a cup of a single origin coffee is developed from a combination of the plant species, soil and microclimate, the knowledge and care of the grower, and the skill of the roaster.  Roasting both accentuates and diminishes the inherent flavor characteristics within the green coffee bean. At Hacienda Coffee and Tea, we strive to enhance the inherent characteristics of our coffee, while providing a range of roast profiles from medium to dark roasts. 

For those who enjoy the boldness of a dark roast, we offer Oscar’s Hacienda Bucio Estate in a full French roast.  Bucio Estate Dark Roast offers a smooth smokiness, with a soft, almost creamy finish.
