Our Mission

Preserving the family farm for the next generation is the driving force behind Hacienda’s seed to cup social responsibility model. Many farming communities in Central America struggle feed their families and send their children to school.  

Many young farmers are forced to abandon their farms, leave their communities and way of life in search of work. Seeing their struggle we committed ourselves to build and create opportunities in these communities to keep these families together.  These men and women are hard workers who don’t want charity, but an opportunity to build a better life at home. This is why we have teamed up with local coffee farmers to build and promote a sustainable coffee market, one that includes equity for the coffee growers.
